Love the app which is beautiful and will help me tremendously on the road. Minor room for improvement regarding the integration with Google Maps on my IPhone. Have already recommended it to colleagues and friends. wished my company would pick more locations with Ritz Carlton hotels.

I was very excited to download Ritzs app. I am always making last minute reservations and seem to always be doing it in transit. Hotel and rewards info is awesome. And, excited to see what kind of "location alerts" I get. Dont worry about the location icon comments, it is not using your gps or running the battery... its just an Apple thing.
The app may be nice but with location services turned on, it forces my GPS to stay on which drains the life out of my phone. Dont allow it to use location services or youll be sorry. I went into my settings and turned location services off for this app only and my GPS turned off immediately.
Really in love with the function that the app looks totally different if I am at a Ritz Carlton hotel! Super cool and helpful!

I typically dont rate Apps for the most part but thought providing the feedback to the App Developer making this piece of software would be valuable. The App continuously monitors your LOCATION which drains your battery. If you have location services turned for the App itself and are using location base services, your location is being tracked even when the App is NOT running. Im not a privacy nut or anything, because I really dont care if the Ritz wants to know where I am, but the battery drain, now thats a bad thing! Please fix it and I will change my feedback to 5 stars!

Greatly appreciated recent update. However there is still fairly minor inconvenience related to Rewards area. I am Marriott Rewards member, not Ritz, upon providing my credentials I get blank page with the only option is to go back. Same operation on either full or mobile versions of website redirect me to Marriott Rewards.

Great in that the sections are divided and each offers an abbreviated portion of the actual website. Never crashes and offers the hotel guide "in your pocket". Negatives are that the hotel info is generic and doesnt list current events near each hotel for a given time period. The pictures section almost has too many and photos are divided into hotel, pool, F&B and so on. It should also link to popular things to do in the area of each hotel. Also havent determined the design for the messages feature.
We just visited your hotel in Carolina, PR for a week and we stated at the Concierge floor. The staff at the concierge are the best we have seen in any of our travels. They are very accommodating and make your stay like if you were at home, but, a bit better. We have been visiting this property since its opening and will continue to do so as long as we can. No other property nor any other chain treats you at the concierge like they do. The concierge employees are the best.

Shows information about the hotel. For the one I am staying at (Cancun) about half of it worked. Calendar is broken, special offers shows an empty page and concierge tips is so brief it is useless. Viewing rewards account fails for me (error: bad server response). Overall feels cheap and unpolished.
This app keeps referring to the Marriott app and when I log into the Marriott app, there are no options to do anything. Nothing works. The Hilton honors app is far better. How can such a luxury brand develop such a useless app??!! Such embarrassment
It wont work. You choose a hotel, choose a room and rate, and at that point nothing happens. You cant reserve. Should have zero stars.
"Bad response from server" when trying to log in past 3 weeks. Whats the point if you cant log in? Is there a fix??
