The Ritz-Carlton Hotels App Reviews

Signed into the app with my rewards number, Im checked into the hotel (which means the ritz knows my info) but the app wont access guest services with my name,room number, or reservation number. It looks nice but It simply does not work. Dont waste your time

Needs work. This is a relatively new location and it shows. Long time Ritz customer and must say, Id rather stay somewhere else next trip to Chicago

How the Ritz is comfortable with this as an execution of their brand is beside me. Basically a link to mobile web. And bad interface. Anyone who travels knows this is not only substandard for the industry....but for the app world as well. Is there a team assigned to Digital?

No advantage in using this app. Slow, painful and does not remember anything about you. No need to download this. Just use the website on your phone

Making a reservation on the RC app requires multiple clicks, cannot just type in location. If you want to go back and change a factor you cannot but must start from the beginning. The sister Marriott app is not great but miles better than RC for user experience.

I could find easily the hotel i wanted to book! Good feature: the hotel list by continent/country! I liked the large pictures displayed! All in all a good free app..

No possibility to retrieve an existing reservation with name and reservation number. Why?

Tried hundreds of times desperately to make a reservation in their Berlin property with this app , never made it ,errors all the time!

Good start, but location services stay on even though app is closed. Had to turn off location services for the app in Settings.

News flash Ritz we 1% are shopping on our iPads. Keep up!

This app doesnt work for Canadian users. Doesnt recognize provinces and requires a zip, doesnt recognize a postal code. Fix it.

Didnt work for my Canadian address, didnt recognize my province...didnt work for my jakarta address...wasnt able to retrieve my password, nothing worked. Im frustrated. Im booking at a different hotel. FAIL

rewards balance and number of this years stay are still not correct....

Its a great application with a lot of helpful features. Concierge tips its not just an info about the surroundings, but shows The Ritz-Carlton experience with a lot of help regarding the area. Start feeling as a guest while discovering the properties with their fascinating pictures.

Clean and smooth, I found easily what I was looking for.

This app is great and allows you to interact with the hotel in so many ways. Would live if Marriotts company-wide app had similar features.
