This new app is beyond fantastic! I love that I can check in, check out and review my bill!! The best part? I can request towels through my phone!!! Thank you Ritz-Carlton!!!! I cant wait for my next stay.
The new version is fantastic! I like how you can send requests to the hotel staff when staying at a Ritz-Carlton, and the rewards account section is simple and intuitive.
Status issue not fixed with update. Still showing Im a base member when Im actually platinum.
Great app and redesign, however the rewards section still shows incorrect information even after the "bug fix". It shows me being Silver when Im platinum, the wrong point balance, and the wrong nights Ive stayed this year.
Cant access spa menu? What is up w that?
Great to have the new app. What I dont like is I have to keep logging in. Im a registered guest currently and it keeps making me enter my name and confirmation number. Also, it finds my room number by confirmation, but no guest folio shows.
I was initially quite excited about this app. The problem is that when I login after I enter my username and password I get a banner that says Ok, then nothing happens. Worse yet, I cant see any way to get any sort of tech support. Very frustrating and not representative of the usual Ritz quality.
This app is useless. How can I view the menu for the lobby lounge? Find the hours of the bar? View the details of my Rewards points? You cant do any of this on the app or the mobile website. Click on Full Site, you still get a mobile site. Ugh. Come on Ritz, you can do so much better.
I eagerly anticipated the features being touted in the new app but alas it was too good to be true. The app is clunky, hasnt worked as promised and switches back and forth between the mobile web and the app causing way to many login events.
Lots of work done which is appreciated. Hope to see passbook integration in the next update.
This app is terrible. Tried to book a room using the app and every time I try to reserve a room it gives me an error message "your session has timed out". If you are a busy person and need the convenience of booking a hotel room, then go elsewhere. This is NOT the Ritz experience your are looking for!!
Which is why I only gave the app 4 stars out of 5. Please implement this option and I think it would add value, as I have the Hyatt app as well with this feature implemented and it comes in very handy.
This app is rather disappointing in a fact that it lags significantly behind other frequent reward competitor apps. Features like integration of the card into Passbook or the use of TouchID is nowhere to be found. The feel is generally archaic as it feels that it relies on doing everything through a "mobile web" like interface as opposed to a sharp looking in app GUI. Much work needed to bring this app to the standard reflecting the brand....sad to say.
The app continuously gets confused between screens. Most of the reservation functionally prompts you if youd like to continue in a browser. If I wanted to do that, Id just access it from a computer. Very poor flow. They dont appear to be investing any capital in applying Ritz-quality to this app. Too bad.
Cant check in on app.. And get no help calling tech support? Youd figure at $400/night they can take care of this Brett Scully
The app is basically useless. Practically nothing loads -- you cant make a reservation, you cant view much of anything but a few pictures. Take a hint from The Four Seasons app and revise your app.
Usually like this app and use it a lot. Currently not allowing you to edit or cancel reservations in the app. Please fix this...!
The newest version of this app is a complete failure, and a big step backwards. Cant edit a reservation, cant even expand a reservation for all its details.
With the upgrade it is no longer possible to see guest room videos or floor plans. Why ?????
